Adventure Coaching for Overthinkers & Perfectionists
True academic success isn't just about memorizing facts; it’s about confidence. As a licensed classroom teacher, I help students overcome anxiety and build self-trust in high-friction subjects like math, reading, and coding. By shifting their mindset from frustration to discovery, your student will learn how to turn academic challenges into rewarding adventures.
Best for: Parents looking to support elementary through high school students struggling with subject-matter anxiety or lack of confidence.
Best for: Adults, professionals, and creatives ready to break free from overthinking and take bold action.
Feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, or analysis paralysis? Stop viewing your life choices as tests of your self-worth. Through my 4C Framework and Adventure Zone Model, we will treat life as an intentional experiment—transforming deep self-doubt into unshakeable self-trust so you can confidently step beyond what is familiar.
Hey, I’m Mai.
I know what it’s like to have a life that looks perfect on the outside but feels suffocating on the inside. I spent years checking all the boxes—until I realized I was following someone else's playbook. The anxiety of getting it "just right" was paralyzing.
My path to unwavering self-trust started with building self-compassion, courage, and confidence. Through letting go of my perfectionism and allowing experimentation, I've introduced more fun and adventure like never before. From solo traveling 15+ countries to jumping out of planes alone, I have proven to myself that my life does not have to fit the social norms I boxed myself in.
Now, I dedicate my coaching practice to helping anxious perfectionists and strict rule-followers make that same powerful shift.
