Confident Learner Program

Help your child build stronger skills and the confidence to use them.

Your child may be capable, bright, and full of potential, yet still struggle to believe in themselves when learning gets hard.

Maybe they avoid homework, shut down when they make mistakes, need constant reassurance, or say “I can’t do it” before they have really had a chance to try.

The Confident Learner Program helps students strengthen academic skills in math, reading, or coding while building the habits, emotional tools, and self-trust they need to become more independent learners.

This is more than tutoring.

It is personalized academic support designed to help your child understand their work, recover from frustration, take healthy risks, and feel more capable over time.

Your child does not need to be “bad at school” to need support.

This program is a great fit for students who:

  • Feel anxious, frustrated, or discouraged about schoolwork

  • Avoid difficult assignments or give up quickly

  • Struggle with confidence in math, reading, or coding

  • Need help getting started, staying focused, or following through

  • Fear making mistakes or expect themselves to get everything right immediately

  • Rely heavily on adults for answers, reminders, or reassurance

  • Would benefit from stronger learning habits and a more positive relationship with school

What we work on

Every student receives personalized support based on their goals, needs, and learning style.

Depending on your child, our work may include:

  • Math, reading, and visual-based coding support

  • Filling academic skill gaps

  • Learning how to break big problems into manageable steps

  • Building study routines and organization systems

  • Managing frustration and recovering after mistakes

  • Increasing independence and problem-solving skills

  • Practicing self-advocacy and asking for help effectively

  • Developing confidence through realistic, repeated progress

THE 4C APPROACH

Confidence

Over time, your child builds evidence that they can handle challenges, learn from mistakes, and figure things out.

Compassion

We create a supportive space where mistakes are part of learning—not proof that your child is failing.

Courage

We practice taking small, manageable risks: trying a difficult problem, reading aloud, asking for clarification, or starting before they feel completely ready.

Curiosity

Your child learns to ask questions, notice what helps them learn, and approach challenges with more openness.

Meet Ms. Lê!

I help nervous and struggling students understand and build more confidence in their education!

I've been an Arkansas certified teacher since 2018, dedicated to transforming academic anxiety into courage and competence in nervous primary and secondary level learners.

Subjects offered:

  • K-8 Foundational Math

  • Algebra 1

  • Geometry

  • K-6 Reading (phonics, comprehension, and fluency)

  • Visual-based programming (building animations, video games, art)

As an award-winning teacher who sponsored state-winning coding teams, I bring that same logic, creativity, and problem-solving framework into all my sessions—whether we're decoding text or writing code. My personal passion for skydiving and world travel reflects my teaching philosophy: I guide students to step outside their comfort zone, manage their emotions under pressure, embrace calculated risks, and discover that learning is a rewarding adventure.
